One of a Kind

I was scoping a little Kingston N.Y. thrift shop waiting for something, anything to catch my eye, when I heard my mama say “You have to try this on!”. She found a simple a handmade dress adorning a mannequin. I wasn’t so sure....I usually gravitate towards basic above the knee cuts and this one was a little long. I was so glad a took a chance and ventured outside of my hemline comfort zone. The bright pattern and sweet cut of this dress made me love it more. And the price.....a handmade dress for less than $10! I paired it with Target lace up sandals,  sunnies from a local shop, and these modern disc earrings (my father bought because he has exquisite taste lol) I’ve linked some similar items.
